Sand garden

Three flowing compositions, patiently formed by a wooden rake.

A small place to linger. A wooden rake draws four deep grooves at a time, following broad, closed circuits around islands of stone and moss.

The garden moves through three compositions: a shared current around two islands, flowing terraces around four stones, and paired tidal forms with a winding central passage. Each pattern finishes and rests before the rake lifts, the sand settles, and the next arrangement appears.

Every groove follows an actual tooth on the moving rake. For now, the garden tends itself. Letting visitors pick up the rake is a later iteration.
